I was referred to Chris Gilbert. He called me back immediately and was very professional and helpful. He referred me to Andrew Cohen who called me back a very short time later. I gave him the stock number of the vehicle I was interested in; he went and looked at it for me when I had questions and had it ready to test drive when I got there later in the week. The process was seamless. After having my Tahoe for a few days I found some minor problems which your service manager called and scheduled me to come in and fix. I have to tell you this was the best buying experience I have ever had. I believe it was because of Chris Gilbert and Andrew. The finance Gentleman has been more than helpful with trying to get me a better finance rate than my credit union, and called me back about final payment. I will refer friends and family to your dealership from now on and I will continue to be a customer.

I was under pressure to get my car checked out as I had to drive out of town to have a parent to the hospital for a cancer checkup in Philly and the service department not only accommodated my needs, but provided me with a full description that put my concerns at ease that there were no leaks to my Equinox and it was safe for me to travel hundreds of miles. The service I required was a multiple day job and included a loaner vehicle. The rep took care of everything including getting me set up with a loaner and keeping me up to date on the work being done to my vehicle.
