I brought my van in again for the 3rd time for work on transmission. This time it was apparently the transmission. I brought the van in since was not drive-able at all and when put in park gear would roll back down hills... so obviously is not safe to drive. It took a week to get van repaired, plus i was without a loaner car even though warranty work. Now after picking it up, i heard some clicking and jerking again. Was told to keep driving and see how it progresses. On next day, van is back to exact same problem, in fact even worse! Now it doesnt stay in parked gear on top of jerking/judding coming from a stop or slower speeds. Now again I dont have the van, and appointments are over a week out as well to even look at it. Dont know what to do, and really needed a van for an upcoming trip for this weekend.

It was easy to make an appointment online for my first complimentary oil change and check-up. On arrival the service department took my vehicle in immediately and had me out in less than one hour as requested. Right from the very beginning there was not one thing that went well at your dealership. A month prior to leasing your car, we bought a car from Fred Beans Hyundai which went perfect. How is it possible that there can be such a disconnect with the two locations?!

I'll say that everyone was indeed pleasant. After I scheduled the appointment by phone I received a confirmation email for a different time, causing me to have to call back and correct their confusion. Additionally, roughly two hours for an oil change, tire rotation and fluids was too long for a scheduled customer who was waiting on site.
Joe Mitri was our sales person and he a good job. It seems like we had wait some time to finish up the sale. I would also like to thank April for all of her work in finding the truck that I was looking for.
