For the oil change service it was quick and easy. I was however disappointed that when I purchased my car I was owed a key since only 1 was provided at time of purchase. I was told I would be able to get another key if never found. I acknowledge it has been several months since I purchased the car but since the dealership is not close to my home I had not followed up on getting the second key sooner. Since I was going to be at the dealership I inquired about getting the key and was told since I didn’t get a we owe slip I would have to pay for the key and fob, needless to say I was disappointed. I would not know to ask for a we owe slip at time of purchase and didn’t receive it. I would have only been charged half the price of the $53 key which is an unacceptable price seeing as I can get a key made for less than $5 br would have also been charged $100+ for a key fob. Lesson learned on my part, if I purchase a car again I won’t leave the lot without everything needed or a we owe slip.

I had 8AM appointment to have a bed liner installed in my truck. I arrived at 7:45 and they took my vehicle in and I was out and on my way home by 8:30AM. Installation was perfect and all I can say is excellent service. Thank You.
