Set up apt to have oil changed , arrived on time, they took the car in and had me out in less than a hour. Worked just fine for me, no issues.

Frankie the sevice writer was very personable and with whom it was nice to deal. While having my car in for emissions and inspection by a local garage in Ottsville, I mentioned to my regular mechanic that I had a fluid exchange completed for coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, and differential fluid. With the car on his lift, we looked at each area your service technician was to address. Unfortunately, there is no evidence service was completed, no signs of drain plugs removed, no residual fluid on any component, and mud and dirt still intact at all areas which would allow for access for a fluid exchange. As for the all wheel alignment, I was given a readout of the "before" readings for each corner but, I never received an "after" readout, leading me to believe this was not completed either. Very disappointing.
